From now on there will be a Sharei practice on Monday evenings and a Honda practice on Friday mornings.
Practice times
Wienerberg-Dojo:
- Monday from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm, Sharei practice, starting promptly at 6:30 pm,
- Wednesday from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm, ANKF style, starting promptly at 6:30 pm,
- Friday from 8:30 am to 10:00 am, Kimono ceremony, starting promptly at 9:00 am,
- Friday from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm, Honda practice, starting promptly at 10:00 am,
- Friday from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm, ANKF und Heki style
- Saturday from 12:30 pm to 4:00 pm, ANKF and Hondy style, starting promptly at 1:00 pm.
It is possible for women and men to join the group at any time.
